One program, five phases. Start where you are, scale as you grow.
Amazon punishes improvisation. Listings built for 2022's algorithm are invisible to 2026's AI-driven discovery. PPC without structure burns budget teaching you vocabulary. Supply problems become one-star reviews before anyone in a US office notices.
The ZED CONCEPT Amazon Success Program takes brands from first validation to international scale, in phases that match where you actually are. Founder-led, operating across China, the USA, the Middle East, and Europe: sourcing and QC where products are made, marketplace operations where they're sold.
Three kinds of clients. Three different doors into the same program.
You're evaluating Amazon.
You have a product or a business and want to know if Amazon is worth it before committing real money. Start at Explore & Prepare.
You sell, or you're ready to.
From first launch to category leadership, the phases scale with your catalog and revenue. Start where your numbers put you.
You manufacture.
Your products already sell on Amazon under someone else's brand and margin. The factory-to-brand path runs through the same phases, or through the Joint Operation partnership below, where we share the outcome.

Your Amazon partner is also your China partner.
The standard Amazon agency scope is listings and ads. Then a shipment stalls at a port, a factory changes a spec without telling anyone, or a QC failure turns into a wave of one-star reviews, and the agency says that part isn't their department.
In our experience, supply problems kill more Amazon businesses than advertising problems do.
ZED CONCEPT operates on both ends: physically present in Guangzhou for sourcing, supplier management, and quality control; hands-on in the US, European, and Middle East marketplaces for listings, advertising, and growth. One accountable partner from factory floor to Buy Box, with no departments for problems to fall between.
Amazon's search is now an AI. Your listing is what it reads.
This is a structural shift in how Amazon decides what shoppers see, and most sellers haven't adjusted. Amazon's AI shopping assistant (Rufus, now folded into Alexa for Shopping) already handles a growing share of product discovery, answering shopper questions conversationally and recommending specific products. Behind it, the COSMO knowledge graph matches products to shopper intent semantically: who it's for, what problem it solves, when it's used. Keyword-stuffed titles that ranked in 2022 now read as spam to the system deciding whether to recommend you.
What we do about it, built into every phase:
- AI Search Readiness Audit: how visible your products are to AI-driven recommendation, not just classic keyword rank. Included in the free audit as a snapshot; full audit inside Launch phase and above.
- Intent-based listing architecture: titles, bullets, and A+ content written for semantic understanding: use cases, audiences, and contexts, layered on top of (not instead of) the backend keywords that classic indexing still requires.
- Listings as evidence: seeded Q&A coverage, image alt text, and infographic text that the AI reads as verifiable product facts, plus mining reviews and return reasons for the signals it weighs.
- AI-assisted operations: the automation stack we run (Helium 10, DataDive, Sellerise, Feedvisor, PPC Ninja, PriceLabs) for PPC, pricing, and forecasting, with a human deciding what the machines only suggest.
Sellers optimizing for the old algorithm aren't ranked lower; they're absent from the conversation where buying now happens. Getting into that conversation is now part of the job, so it's part of the program.
The five phases. Published prices, defined scopes.
We don't do “contact us for pricing.”

Commitment: first sales within 45 days of launch, or mentorship continues free until you get there (conditions below).
This plan exists because not everyone should outsource. If you have more time than budget, learning to run your own account correctly beats paying anyone, including us, to run it for you.
Hybrid Joint Operation: we share the outcome.
For brands and factories supplying products, inventory, and brand assets
You provide the product, inventory, and brand. We run the entire Amazon operation: listings, PPC, optimization, growth, with shared dashboards for full transparency.
Setup & Launch (months 1-2)
Listings, PPC setup, account optimization
$10,000 one-time · Revenue share: 0%
Operations & Growth (month 3+)
Daily operations, PPC scaling, strategy
$5,000/month · Revenue share: 15% on the first $50K/mo · 12% on $50K-$100K · 10% above $100K (progressive: lower rates apply only to the portion above each threshold)
The share DECREASES as you scale, because a partner who charges you more for succeeding is not a partner. Once sales sustain $30,000/month, the base fee can step down while revenue share continues. If inventory or supply is delayed on your side, management duties (and fees) pause automatically.
This is the deepest alignment we offer: we only win big when you do. For Chinese factories going factory-to-brand, it pairs naturally with our Guangzhou-side sourcing and QC presence.
Add-ons, for any phase:
- Pre-Launch Powerhouse, $3,000/product: end-to-end launch preparation
- Brand Catalyst, $5,000 one-time or $1,500/month: A+ content, design, visuals
- Traffic Tsunami, $1,500/month: external ads on TikTok, Meta, Google, driven into Amazon the way its algorithm rewards
- Conversion Maximizer, $1,500/month: A/B testing and funnel improvements
- Customer Loyalty Builder, $1,500/month: repeat-purchase and loyalty systems
- Influencer Campaign, $4,500/campaign: end-to-end influencer management
- Global Expansion, $3,000/market/month: new marketplace launches (Europe, Middle East, beyond)
- US Company & Bank Setup, $3,000: legal entity and banking, done correctly
- Trademark & Brand Registry, $500 plus government fees: USPTO application and registry setup
- Consulting & Coaching: $250/hour or $5,000/30-hour block
Our commitments, and their honest fine print.
Several phases carry a commitment: a defined result, or we keep working free until it's reached. Launch: first sale or top-100 visibility within 7 days. Mentorship: first sales within 45 days. Growth and above: growth targets defined per engagement.
What this is: skin in the game. We don't take a fee and shrug.
What this is not: a magic guarantee of revenue. Nobody controls Amazon's marketplace, and anyone who promises you a number and walks away when it misses is selling promises, not services.
The conditions, stated plainly: commitments hold when the agreed ad budget is maintained, inventory stays in stock, and approvals come back on time. If the inputs stop, the clock pauses. Details are written into every engagement agreement before money moves.
Payment terms.
All services are paid in advance. Committed terms reduce monthly fees: quarterly 5%, six months 10%, nine months 15%, annual 20%. Performance-based pricing is available from the Dominate phase upward, by application.
Always separate and never marked up: Amazon ad spend, FBA and platform fees, product and freight costs, government and attorney fees.
You own everything, always: the Seller Central account, the brand, the trademark, the listings, the data. We work through delegated access inside your accounts. If we part ways, you lose nothing but us.
FAQ
Which phase am I?
Match your state, not your ambition: evaluating = Explore; 1-3 products launching = Launch; 4-10 products = Growth; 7 figures = Dominate; international = Mastery. The free audit or fit call confirms it, and starting one phase lower than your ego suggests is usually the profitable choice.
Do I need a US company to sell on Amazon USA?
No; Amazon accepts sellers from many countries with proper identity and banking documents. If you want a US entity anyway (some categories and banks prefer it), that's the $3,000 setup add-on.
Who owns the Amazon account?
You, without exception. We never create accounts under our own entity. Everything survives our departure.
What budget does a realistic launch need beyond your fees?
Plan for inventory, photography, and initial PPC spend in the low thousands of dollars over the first months for most categories. If your total budget can't carry the whole picture, we'll say so in the fit call rather than take your setup fee. Sometimes the right advice is "not yet."
What does "AI optimization" actually mean here? It sounds like a buzzword.
Fair. Concretely: Amazon's AI assistant now answers a growing share of shopper questions and recommends specific products; it reads listings semantically rather than counting keywords. Our work makes your listing the document that AI trusts and cites: intent-based copy, seeded Q&A, image text as machine-readable evidence, on top of the classic indexing that still gates everything. It's measurable: recommendation visibility, not just keyword rank.
I'm a factory in China. Where do I start?
Either the phases like anyone else, or the Joint Operation model if you'd rather share outcomes than pay full fees. Both pair with our Guangzhou-side sourcing and QC work. 中文咨询直接可用.
