Your factory doesn't lack capability. It lacks a system that makes buyers see it.
International buyers compare suppliers side by side before they ever contact one. Broken links, thin product pages, missing certifications, and unanswered inquiries send them to a weaker competitor with a better storefront. We fix the store, then run the conversations, so capability turns into inquiries and inquiries turn into orders.

What it costs to stay invisible.
Every month your store underperforms, buyers you never meet place orders with factories you outproduce. The gap is rarely price or quality. It's presentation and follow-through: the three seconds a buyer gives your homepage, and the 24 hours your reply either lands in or misses. Both are fixable. Neither fixes itself.
The chain we build: strength → trust → inquiry → pipeline.

Included in the Factory Growth System
Alibaba store management is part of the Factory Growth System. The price is on the pricing page.
Who does what.
We work with your Alibaba account through delegated access or guided changes, whichever you prefer. Ad spend is yours, paid to the platform directly, never marked up. All commercial decisions, pricing, MOQs, and terms stay yours; we advise, you decide. Approvals within 24 hours keep the 90-day clock honest on both sides.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you need our Alibaba login? +
Either delegated sub-account access or guided changes through your team. Both work; access is faster.
Is advertising spend included? +
No. Ad budget is separate, paid by you to Alibaba directly, with no markup from us. We recommend a modest test budget once the store can convert the traffic.
Can we stop the monthly management after two months? +
The minimum commitment is 3 months, and we say so up front because the system needs that long to prove itself: month one sets standards, month two reaches quotation and sample stage, month three is when the pipeline shows its real shape. A conclusion drawn earlier, good or bad, isn't accurate.
Do you work in English or Chinese? +
Both, natively. Your factory team works with us in Chinese; your international buyers experience professional English. That bridge is the product.
Not included, stated up front.
Platform fees and ad spend, product photography travel beyond agreed scope, commercial negotiations conducted on your behalf without your sign-off, and any promise of inquiry counts or order volumes. Anyone who guarantees you numbers is selling a promise they don't control.
You talk to the person doing the work.
The person who audits your store, writes your blueprint, and reviews your inquiry threads is the founder, based in Guangzhou, working between your factory floor and your buyers' inboxes since 2011. No account managers, no handoffs.
Start where every engagement starts: see your store the way a buyer sees it.
Free and anonymous: the 10-question self-check, five minutes, no contact details required. The /100 Forensic Diagnosis is the full picture: a person scores the store and writes the blueprint.
