$5,500 setup + $1,500/month. 3-month term. $10,000 minimum.

Term. Three months of management. Base minimum service fee $10,000, including any credited Alibaba diagnosis, and excluding external costs and tax. No automatic six-month commitment.
Who it is for. A factory taking the Alibaba rebuild, the five-page site, buyer communication, and Social Presence together.
Who it is not for. Not Amazon USA, a custom app, paid media, an extra language, or round-the-clock support.
What's included

- Counts are shared with those services, not doubled by the bundle: 20 Alibaba listings, 50 new threads and 100 message events, and eight original assets across two channels.
- One joint monthly 60-minute review replaces the separate recurring calls.
- Channels launch in sequence. The target is an Alibaba start in the first month, then website and content work.
- Monthly management starts when its named channel is ready.
- There is no hidden bundle discount: $3,000 Alibaba build + $2,500 website, and $900 communication + $600 social each month.
Limits
- Example cash flow when the channels start together: $600 diagnosis, $4,900 remaining setup, then three $1,500 service months.
- Three service months do not promise that setup plus management ends within 90 calendar days.
- The combined $1,500 invoice applies only while both channels are active.
- The recurring minimum is $4,500 in total.
- A client who only needs Alibaba pays $3,000 + 3 × $900 = $5,700, not the $10,000 cross-channel minimum.
- One integrated intake and one Alibaba diagnosis credit. A second digital diagnosis is not charged for the same base scope.
Not included
- Amazon USA, custom apps, paid media, extra languages, and 24/7 support are separate.
